    My favourite white tea If you aren’t familiar with white tea it is considered the healthiest of teas as it has higher antioxidant levels than even green tea and less caffeine (see the comments for some figures). Its taste is very mild. Personally I like it but I could imagine that some people would find it too much like drinking hot water.I have tried several of the white teas on Amazon.
